here are some (same thing i e-mailed u siverjoe) - me personel think that hardpoints are stupid, so i do like to say no destroyable hardpoints, but i dunno if this is good with ur modplans - all ships regenerate hp over time (=hardpoints regen) - rescale of spaceunits/groundunits - make spacestations alot stronger cause these are very important i think. also u could make more garrison units, BUT not infinite units i think thats stupid - more cp at spacebattles - much faster projectiles (mentioned that before but just in case) - in my own mod i have a new system with spaceunits: relationsships between: hardpoints-commandpointcost, hp-shield-buildcost. in short: more expensive->more powerful example: 20 hardpoints=20 cp; all hardpointshp add together=hp, 150%hp=shield, 2*hp=buildcost (for capital, for frigate it is hp=buildcost) u see i like those things with math work and relations XD (note: i have no hardpoints thats why this thing with hp works out for me but would not for you) - all fighters have a Hunt ability - all 3 leaders have there own flagship and a little fleet - some other ships have also a fleet. like admiral ackbar or thrawn - home one must be stronger anyway - fleet and ground commander stronger (i think now they aren't even worth building), maybe with a own flagship/groundvehicle too - new ships would be nice like a venator (have a model alredy) or some other nice stuff (have maaaany models to share XD) - also a new model for the isd would be nice (i have a very nice model) - isd2 - some new superships (i like superships ) - darkside adepts and jedi as groundunits - also mentioned some new music - improved ai would be nice - question: can u play the old eaw campain (main campain) in foc? this would be damn nice. but i dunno if the scrips and stuff will work. - the old GC campains are alredy in the game and working right? - maybe some custom gc campains ok i think thats enough for the beginning.

Hmm, I like most of those ideas, though I kinda like being able to target specific hardpoints. It's nice to be able to have all ships target the engines when the enemy's retreating, or to have your bombers target the shield generators when you need the shields to go down fast. Here's an idea: Make everything more realistic. Like, all (or most) fighters having 12 fighters per squadron. Most starfighter squadrons are usually 12 ships. And make capital ships have their canon amounts of weaponry, shields, and armor. For example, the ISD's in the game have, what, four turbolaser cannons and two ion cannons? Well, ISD's, canonly, have 8 octuple turbolaser batteries (the four big turrets on each side), 5 heavy turbolaser batteries, 31 normal turbolaser batteries, 20 heavy ion cannons, and 10 tractor beam batteries. Inside, it has 74 TIE Fighters, and a bunch of other ships. And they're 1600 meters long, waaaay bigger then the game would suggest. All this = PWNAGE. The EAW version = Meh.

yeah thats is also what me bothers in the game. i need more hardpoints. one think id like to learn is modeling so that i can remake all ships with more hardpoints . ps. i have a model for octuple laserbeams (also for quad or dual)

have sorted and got ingame - loads of new textures for planets/units - new explosions, stars, nebulae, laser effects - MC104, MC80A, MC40, MC75, MC90, Valient class, - cheers No1gamer - New planet Junction
need to do traderouts and GC ai, units/planets, traderoutes positioning done

oh ya, anyone got any idea why the traderoutes wont work, i have them in traderoutes.xml and i have put em into campaign.xml on the campaign but they wont show up ingame!
